 ICE / V&IS have 2 shops located strategically in Monessen,
Pennsylvania---110,000 Sq. foot facility and a second shop located
outside of Charleston, West Virginia. This enables us to schedule
service and respond to emergencies whenever you need us.
Founded on the
principals of Product Quality, Reliability and Safety, we offer Service
Solutions-----
24-hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our crews consist of factory certified mechanics, machinists, welders,
draftsmen and engineers using the latest technology, such as flow and
loop scanners, and valve diagnostics. This enables our technicians to
determine if a valve or instrument is operating properly while inline,
saving your company on costly downtime of your process.

Certified
"VR"
Repair Center - Delivering on Our Promise
ICE / V&IS is also a SRV ASME Certified “VR” repair center for all
manufactured brands of Safety Relief Valves. We recently were
audited & awarded the ASME Certification of “UV” for our LESER brand
of Safety Relief Valves.
This allows ICE / V&IS to inventory the loose components of their
LESER products,
assemble, test & apply the ASME Stamp, the same as the factory.

IF REQUIRED.
