SKID TECHNOLOGIES — (SKID-TECH), has been established to provide
specialized piping skids, metering systems, electrical
panels and refractory installation, including brick, castables and
ceramic fibers. Bill and Dave Eurich are the managers of this facility
and bring more than 30 years of experience to the marketplace. Over the
years, industry has leaned towards streamlining project installation
costs by the installation and integration of equipment, piping,
electrical and control systems on structural steel skids or modules.
Specializing in
Modular Fabrication
More and more plant owners, engineers and original
equipment manufacturers recognize the undeniable advantages of having
all or parts of their projects designed to fit upon freestanding,
independently supported steel frames — skids. A project’s size and
complexity can mean that a number of separately built skids (or modules)
become necessary. These are simply interconnected when delivered to the
jobsite. SKID-TECH specializes in the fabrication of this type of
modular skid
mounted equipment. Beginning from flow diagrams, P&IDs or schematics,
SKID-TECH can deliver complete turnkey
shop fabricated modular process systems that meet the client’s schedule
and budget demands.
SKID-TECH’s project managers establish comprehensive status and
expediting reports for each module, ensuring that all
components are on-hand for assembly and that each component has been
inspected, tagged and verified. Whether purchased by SKID-TECH or
provided by the customer, equipment and components are received, stored
and controlled; tagged and segregated by project module.

Fabricated Modular Process
Skid Technologies has provided modular fabrications, incorporating
piping, valves, structural supports, equipment,
process controls, instrumentation, electrical wiring and insulation to
customers in all markets.
